Caroline Krupica - Director
Caroline Krupica is a Clinical Social Worker specializing in children ages 3-14. With over a decade of experience, Caroline has acquired the superior skills necessary to help bring change to children and their families. Caroline's therapeutic approach is to provide effective and supportive services in a timely fashion, while utilizing complementary methodologies and techniques like CBT, DBT, and behavior modification in a psychodynamic framework. Caroline has supported children coping with separation and divorce, witness to domestic violence, anxiety, depression, poor self esteem, and self-harm, to name a few.
Caroline holds a Bachelors degree in both Psychology and social work, a Masters degree in social work, is currently a Doctoral Psychology student and is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
Caroline Chaney is a Clinical Social Worker with specializations in child therapy and developmental trauma. In addition, Caroline is a certified Animal-Assisted Social Worker and has experience implementing Green Care programs that incorporate animal-assisted and nature-based interventions within therapy.
As a social worker and clinical therapist, Caroline believes in an integrative approach to therapy based on individualized treatment plans in order to meet each person’s needs. For example, Caroline integrates components of various therapeutic modalities such as play, animal-assisted, mindfulness, CBT, attachment, and person-centered therapies. Caroline has conducted individual, family, and group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
Caroline earned a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and later completed the Master of Social Work program along with the Animal- Assisted Social Work Certificate from the University of Denver. She is currently a Registered Social Worker in Ontario.
Meka Clara Jyrwa
Meka is a mental health professional with over five years of practice in Psychiatry in India. She has counselling experience with a wide range of patients in various health settings including in/out patient services in hospitals and addiction services. Meka has also been involved in teaching nursing students and university students in mental health courses. She currently provides counselling to individuals using a wide range of modalities. Her vast knowledge in mental health and pharmacotherapy helps in delivering a well-rounded client centered and holistic approach to therapy. Her areas of speciality included Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Substance abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Meka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, and an MD degree in Psychiatry from India and is currently undertaking a bridge program in mental health in Toronto, Canada.
Jonathan is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. He holds a Bachelors of Social Work from Lakehead University as well as a Masters of Social Work from University of Windsor. He has 9 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients in various capacities. He has extensive experience delivering different service modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to individuals, families, and groups. He utilizes an individualized, strengths-based approach to support clients through their experiences with trauma, depression and anxiety.
